It's okay. Our system is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, so even those who are new to computers will have no problem. A free demo is available to show you exactly how to operate the system.
03
Are there any costs for upgrades or maintenance?
No, our system is automatically updated to keep it up-to-date and there are no additional costs related to upgrades or maintenance.

If there are no special customization requirements, the system can be ready for use within 2 to 3 days of signing the contract. If data migration is requested, a preparation period will be required depending on the type and amount of data to be migrated.
05
Can I use DoCloud even in the event of line failure or power outage?
To cope with communication failures, the line can be switched by using the tethering function of a mobile router or smartphone. Also, even in the event of a power outage, a laptop computer with a battery can be used as is.
